HI EVERYONE AGAIN!!! I hope everyone is doing okay. I realized that I've never asked how you guys were so I did felt bad as a blogger :((( I'm here again with our first assignment in the Current Issues in Teaching course, and in today's post, I'd like to share my experience designing an AI-enhanced, corpus-based material set and lesson plan according to the ASSURE model. This was a group project; I did it with my other two friends, Begüm and Halil . My part was designing activities according to Ma et al.'s first two principles, focusing on one of the grammar areas for learners: countable and uncountable nouns. Rather than teaching these through traditional rules, this material encourages students to discover patterns through real language use examples—and use AI as support for CBLP.
